Very bad app. Takes for ever to capture the transactions till one gives up. Needs serious upgrade to fix this I am surprised after having read other reviews which are mostly negative that the Bank has not taken any notice to improve the same. Come on NCBA we expect better. Frustrated that I have to resort elsewhere to finish my online payments.
Overall the application is good,fast and upto date.The most important feature is the safety aspect.All withdrawals notified through the SMS immediately after every withdrawal.Monthly financial statements also a another amazing feature.Keep it up!
Very good and I love the bank
I am having a problem with this app, it is opening, when clicked and empty screen shows app.
Terrible onboarding process. What is a "pin" and where does it come from? It's not the same as the "token pin" that you use for online banking. On that note, why is "mobile" banking different than "online" banking? They should use the same user and account details, ie your User ID.
I cant be able to register/log into my account.says my credentials are invalid.
This new version full of all this stuff. And I can't log in and there's no option to reset PIN.
